There are tangible benefits and intangible benefits. I would say OVERALL, the intangible outweigh the tangible. Meaning the culture and leadership at KAI are dialed in. They make you feel like you are truly valued. It is hard to put a price tag on that…it is priceless! As for the tangible, the retirement contributions and education reimbursement are pretty sweet.
