What We Offer

Our Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance proficiencies:

Acquisition Support

Advise and assist the Government in planning its acquisition activities, including creating and documenting program acquisition and contract strategies and improving acquisition processes.

Financial Management Support

Advise and assist the Government in budget creation and financial management activities by following DoD/IC financial management processes and principles. Support financial planning, reporting, and maintenance of financial documents.

PMO Support

We advise and assist Government customers to plan and execute specific programs by applying DoD/IC program management processes and principles. Create and maintain program plans, budgets, schedules, and associated risks.

Systems Engineering Support

Advise and assist the Government in System Engineering activities by applying current DoD/IC and industry best practices in Systems Engineering processes and principles. Perform requirements definition and design, implementation, and integration; and provide program metrics.
