Kaizen Approach recognizes that shifting from military to civilian life can be difficult and understands the value of providing opportunities for veterans to gain real-world work experience and training. Through the DoD SkillBridge program, Kaizen Approach provides transitioning service members on-the-job training, internships, and apprenticeships, allowing them to gain industry-specific skills and knowledge that can help them transition to a successful civilian career. Additionally, as a SDVOSB, we have a unique perspective and firsthand knowledge of the obstacles faced by active-duty members as they make this challenging adjustment.
