Kaizen Approach, Inc. (KAI) recently celebrated its Tenth Year Anniversary with an event at their Hanover Maryland Headquarters. Employees, business partners and customers were in attendance to socialize and observe the achievements and growth of KAI. Ms. Wendi Peters, a representative from Governor Hogan’s office, presented the Governor’s Citation to Al Pickering, KAICEO, to mark the company’s anniversary as a successful Maryland, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
To further commemorate Kaizen Approach Inc.’s accomplishments and to give back to the community, CEO Al Pickering presented a $10,000 donation to the Greater Chesapeake Region Red Cross in support of disaster relief efforts. The donation was spearheaded by Southern Maryland Board of Directors Chair Richard Tait, Kaizen’s COO.
